Snow, snow, and more snow!!!

We were out of school for a week! Although we lost power and had to rough it up a bit. The snow was awsome!!!!! Allison went sledding on the golf course down a huge hill. It was a lot of fun! Rachel got pulled around on her sled by her neighbor's dog and built a snow fort! (pictures to come of Rachel's fun). Tomorrow is Rachel's birthday party at the ice skating rink if the ice skating rink has power (hopefully it does). We will post pics of the party soon! The second picture is of Allison's crazy dog sinking in the snow. Enjoy!

NO SCHOOL YAHOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes! No school today and hopefully not tomorrow either! It snowed a few inches today! Enough to get us out of school is what many kids were praying for last night! It is very icy and rainy today and not the best "playing" snow, but it's supposed to snow more tonight and tomorrow will hopefully be another snow day- with "playing" snow!

Updates!

Here are some updates about what we have been up to in the past week:

1) Allison got glasses!! Whoppie! (pic. to come)

2) Rachel did her project for school on Ethiopia and is bound to get an A+ because she has so much info and objects from Ethiopia AND beacause she's just good that way.

3) We did not see each other this week but talked on the phone for app. 1/2 hour and we hope to see each other a.s.a.p. because it is not a good thing to be away from your soul mate a.k.a. honorary cousin/B.F.F. for over two weeks!

question: should we go horseback riding this week or is it too cold?

I think we have possibly found a new hobby!

I (Alli) gave Rachel a finished scrapbook of our friendship for her birthday. When I gave it to her she loved it and said she had a lot more pictures of us. So, she ran upstairs trying to find some pictures. We looked trough a whole bunch and now Rachel wants to make another scrapbook with the pictures she has. Making a scrapbook takes a LONG time (trust me) so I think this may become a new hobby for us. (At least for the time being!)
